My gynaecologist told me about this, is it true that you have to apply it to your WHOLE arm in a thick layer (“like icing a cake” she said 😬), and you’re not supposed to massage it in or anything, just leave it there all day? 🤯 Please tell me it’s not as gross as it sounds. lol 🤣
