I joined the Navy not knowing what I wanted to do. I saw gunners Mate sounded cool and it was available and I qualified and took it. Been in 9 years now and honestly I don’t regret it it’s been fun playing with guns basically haha

Is the motor vehicle operator (3531) a good one to go for or should I do something else?

Question: Do they have a job where they just do construction, electrical, and everything like that? You know, like a builder. Kind of like the CBS in the Navy , I don't know if you guys have anything close to that. I remember talking to a marine recruiter at my high school this year, and he said something. It was called something different. I was just wondering if you could explain it on a little bit more higher scale. I guess

Joined early 2004 wanting to be tanker but they had no spaces at the time and was told to wait 6 months or I could go in as a combat engineer and do armoured engineering as a specialist role. To this day never went armoured lol
