If an immigrant arrives with no English, no money, no contacts and still becomes more successful than you, maybe the immigrant is not your problem. You were born with the language, schools and every advantage. If you are still terrified that a newcomer will take your job, that is insecurity, not strength. And Britain , United States and European cannot talk about migration as if history started yesterday. United States, Britain and European invaded, occupied, extracted wealth and reshaped countries across Asia and Africa for generations. The consequences did not magically disappear with the Empire.
