my exwife did this when i was a truck driver and due to me being out of town when she did it she was awarded child support and because i was paying child support on another child of mine i knew nothing about it fast-forward i still pay child support im dissabled and bo way to get to courts me and her are not together and i have the kids smfh the system is jacked

My cousin bm did this to him smh. She filed for food stamps and cash aid while they lived together and told them where he worked but said he didn’t live there and there were taking money out his check.

I got a friend who pays child support he later was awarded his kid still had to pay child support and then the mother had to pay child support to him. Make that make sense. These courts are so messed up.
