I’ve been feeling so empty and numb and it only gets worse as the weeks go on. No matter how busy I stay, who I surround myself with and the trips I plan the empty feeling is still there. When I’m with my babies and doing things I love of course that lonely feeling goes away for a moment but when I’m alone and stuck in my own thoughts (which is quite often) I feel like I’m absolutely drowning! I feel like it’s so important to talk about mental health and the journey to getting better. I know this feeling I’m feeling is because I’ve strayed far from my personal relationship with God and entrusting him in all my plans. I know he has a purpose and plan for me.
