Denise Dress inspired by my own mums wedding dress that she made herself . This dress will always be my favourite wedding dress, probably more than my own because I think it was this dress and the photos I saw of my mother as a bride that solidified my love of bridal when I was just a little girl. My mum would always speak about her wedding dress with so much love. The duchess satin, the rose appliqués and the iconic sleeves all hold a special place in my heart. This is probably the most important wedding dress design I’ll ever make and I felt a tremendous amount of pressure bringing this one to life but in the end I’m incredibly proud. I’m really happy to let you know I’ll be making this dress in a size 20 too so I’ll be able to accomodate sizes 2-26 in my size 10 & 20 samples. The size 20 is set be ready in October.
