@brad_huebner: Not every client is looking for the cheapest contractor. Cameron has seen it firsthand. One client received multiple bids, but the cheapest contractor didn't give her confidence. She chose to pay more because she valued the professionalism, the experience of working with the contractor, and the final product. There are clients out there who will pay more. You just have to give them a reason to. #Contractors #ContractorBusiness #ConstructionBusiness #Remodeling #HighEndRemodeling #HammerAndGrindPodcast #Construction #Mason #Electrician #Painters #Plumbers #Podcast #BusinessMindset #ProfitFirst #EntrepreneurLife #HammerandGrindPodcast #Contractors #ContractorofTikTok
Most of my work is repeat customers. When I give a new quote out first time meeting, I will always tell the customer if you want a cheaper price you don’t want me on the job. I am not the cheapest. There is an old saying from back in the day and it goes kinda like this. The cheap always comes out expensive.

DogMom :
Customers need to review any quotes they get and make sure they are comparing apples to apples. Many of the cheaper guys are leaving essential things out that could become extras of change orders later on.
