Ironically, the reason I become an ex-Muslim is I made a sacrifice for Allah that destroyed my life. My only dua was actually validation. It wasn’t about making millions. It was something much smaller in scale yet deeper that I would know that it came from Allah and not my efforts. Eventually I got tired because I didn’t even get an “I appreciate you” from god despite how massive that sacrifice was. I never expected my life to be easy. I just expected him to be at my back when I need him most. I hope my analogy serves as guidance to those who are considering to making such a sacrifice. I lost my tawakul because of it and if it weren’t for that sacrifice I’d still be Muslim today because I believe deeply in Allah until Allah gave me every reason not to believe in him

Allah removed her from our relationship because I was hurting, in pain physically, mentally and spiritually that I was chasing something that wasn’t meant for me. Every little red flags that I ignored, every signs that I’ve seen and pretended that it’s not and Allah has been telling me, reminding me and protecting me from a future that could have destroyed me. I may have loss her but Allah puts peace inside me and somehow I adapted to the experience of breaking up in a relationship. She was there as a lesson in life and also as a gift that shaped me into a better person.

There shouldn’t be any “if” Allah if far more powerful than anything. And kun faya kun is way more powerful than any ifs , if Allahs wants to do something Allah will simply do it . Make dua without having an “if” in the brain

but isn't making dua for it good though instead of just leaving it? We should continue to be consistent with dua even if you don't get it after once, Allah loves the ones that is consistent.
