@filmenthusiast: A "World War Z" sequel is officially happening, thirteen years and one scrapped David Fincher version later. Brad Pitt closed the deal himself, mid shoot on his own separate project. He and Edward Berger just wrapped The Riders together for A24, and Pitt spent that shoot pitching Berger, the guy behind All Quiet on the Western Front and Conclave, on directing World War Z 2. By wrap, Paramount had a deal in place. Dennis Kelly, who won a Tony for Matilda: The Musical, is writing it. The original grossed $540 million worldwide off a production everyone assumed had killed any real chance at a sequel. Are you excited for this?
