Hear me out... Ask most people with bloating what they react to and you get a list. Wheat, dairy, corn, soy, blueberries. Then ask them a second question: is there ever a day you eat that food and feel completely fine? Almost everyone says yes. That's your answer. A real allergy doesn't take a day off. Something else is changing between those two meals... and it's usually the state your body was in when you ate. I learned this the hard way. Your gut has its own nervous system, and it takes orders from the rest of you. Calm body, things move at a normal pace. Body under pressure, motility slows down. Food that would have passed through in a few hours sits, ferments, and produces gas. So you get bloated. And you blame the last thing you ate. Then the list of "safe" foods gets shorter, the diet gets stricter, and the thing actually driving it never gets touched. I did that for months. What changed things for me was working on the state first. Slower breathing, longer exhales, sleep, eating in a body that isn't braced. Then rebuilding the bacteria on top of that. In that order. That order is the whole thing, and it's what I walk people through in my Skool community. A 7 day gut reset built on what got me into remission, one step a day, breathwork included. When you join the community you start with a short call so we work out what's driving your symptoms instead of guessing. Comment GUT and I'll send you the link 🙏 One question before you go: what food have you already cut out in attempts to healyour gut? Follow @nirajnaikofficial for more holistic healing tips
