Why complicate it. First, since a is largest, the largest exponent bellow 148 would be 7 so 2^7=128. Now 2^b+2^c=20, the highest exponent bellow 20 is 4 so b=4, and now we have 16+2^c=20 so 2^c=4 and thus c=2…. 7,4,2 easy

A = 7 = 2^7 = 128 B = 4 = 2^4 = 16 C = 2 = 2^2 = 4 I didnt watch the full video, so if i'm right i just used my fingers to measure 2 to the a power, when a means any natural number below 8, since 2^8 is 256, this is easy af, why would anyone need any formula for this 😭? (again, i didnt watch the video so i dont know if he used formulas or not)

What a long winded solution!! Writing down the first few powers of 2, we can quickly see tgat 148 = 128+16+4. Hence the indices are 7, 4 and 2 by inspection.

After trying it I realized that u can get either of the variables having 7,2 or 4 meaning "a" can be equal to 2, 4 or 7 and the other variables can take any one of the answers left. So my conclusion is that "a=2,4 or 7" , "b=2,4 or 7" and "c=2,4 or 7"

2ⁿ is just 2 doubling each time. So 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128 etc. 128+16+4=148. If A>B>C, then A=7, B=4 and C=2. Way easier than the method in the video

or if you know that 128 is 2^7, you can logic your way through. 20 is 16+4, 16 is 2^4, 4 is 2^2. a=7, b=4, C=2.
