@ren.lifts1: two full-body sessions a week is not a compromise plan. it is a real programme, and for most people starting out it beats the five-day one they will abandon in march. 🤍 here is the part that surprises people: full body twice a week trains every muscle twice a week. a classic five-day bro split often trains each muscle once. more days in the gym is not automatically more training for any given muscle, and frequency is what drives adaptation early on. day A leads with a squat pattern. day B leads with a hinge. both include a push, a pull and something for the glutes or core. forty-five minutes each, three days apart, and you have covered your whole body twice. the strategic reason to start at two: adding a third day to a plan that is working feels great. cutting a five-day plan you are failing feels like quitting, and people do not cut — they stop. so start at two. add a third when two feels automatic. Here is the whole 2-day plan written out, so you do not have to swipe back and forth in the gym: Day — A 💪 Goblet squat, dumbbell bench press, lat pulldown + plank. Day — B 🍑 Romanian deadlift, shoulder press, seated cable row + hip thrust. Every muscle still gets trained twice. Two sessions you keep beat five you do not. There is room to add later. Start at two. Add a third when two feels automatic, not before. Save this so you know exactly what to do on your next session — and send it to the friend who keeps saying she wants to start. 🫶 how many days are you actually managing right now? #gymgirl #workoutplan #workoutsplit #3dayworkoutsplit #girlswholift
