I just found out you can yoink a lubber from outside and keep him in a terrarium for the rest of its life cuz they don’t live that long after becoming adults and all they eat is different types of plants like Romain lettuce. 🥬 I love lubbers. Back when I worked in exotic pet sales, I’d have people come to me saying “I want a pet that takes up no space, doesn’t need to be held, is inexpensive, and can live in a small apartment with no yard.” They were rarely happy when I suggested any of my beautiful spiders or isopod colonies:(

This piece of meat is so low maintenance, doesn’t like to snuggle, doesn’t like to be held, is seen maybe 3 times a day for food and has a automatic litter box so I don’t have to do much 😂

my leopard gecko requires very little, you clean the enclosure like once a month, mist him when his humidity is low (i usually either mist him or fill his water every other day), and once a week (sometimes every other week) you go to petsmart and spend $5 on 30 small crickets that you put calcium powder on and dump in there (i also give him superworms to supplement)
