im at the same place but got there differently. I kept trying to correct my incompetent manager because our department main kpi is accuracy. she kept making me seem argumentative and insubordinate. Now I allow her make mistakes and just point them out after the sheet has hit the fan. but as a lesson I realised there's no win in correcting a stranger. everybody's entitled to their wrong opinions. 😜

After I paid for therapy I figured I had been doing it for free to friends who doesn’t even value it so the next time she came I told her am also going through a lot and she got mad I paid for a therapist go do same
