The only time I've ever received a jury summons (in CA), I was right in the middle of moving and somehow the summons post card got lost in transition. 🤦♀️So, I tried calling every number I could find to contact the courthouse and when I *finally* got though to someone they told me they couldn't help me unless I had some code - a string of numbers on the postcard that got lost. I was like, "Well, I don't have that postcard, so I don't know that code, that's why I'm calling you in the first place. All I need to know is when and where I'm supposed to show up for jury duty." And they just told me they couldn't help me. So then I went down to the courthouse -- but they just told me the same thing. 🤦♀️I really wanted to do it! It was so frustrating, because I felt like I was going to get in trouble for not showing up - despite my best efforts - but fortunately nothing ever came of it and I didn't get fined or anything. They really need a better system in CA though. I feel like I dodged a bullet not getting in trouble for that.

I’ve been called to serve at least 5 times. 3 From VA to 2 from PA. The last one in PA I requested to be removed because I was marrying my daughter and now son in law that weekend and was leaving PA to VA during the trial. They excused me. Does everybody get called to serve like this - is this normal … I mean I’m 63 and all, but 5 times is a lot in my book. lol

I’m so sorry but I just keep seeing him every time you post 😅 … on the Clancy case red apparently isn’t doing the 29th Sept it’s a different attorney so you think it will be a different prosecution
