You all always concede to Vader holding back here but completely ignore that Luke was equally holding back too. Luke has been trained to fight the strongest Sith of all time and his training was completed. He’s stomping the prequels in power and his rage allowed him to completely copy and flip Vader’s fighting style back on him. ROTJ Luke is top 1

The deleted scene of the duel, you can see Vader tries the same thing that he did to cut off Luke’s hand in Empire Strikes Back, but Luke counters this and then lands a small strike on him
