But these little choices can mean far more than we realize. One man holds a door open for a woman rushing through the snow, only to narrowly avoid a falling window moments later. Another turns an accidental hit into the most sincere apology. Someone gives away a concert cap to a disappointed stranger. And a teammate quietly cleans up a mess he didn't make.
