I’ve ordered a LOT from them, never had any issues for damaged item. Their customer service is top notch, as long as you provide photos or video proof they will fix the issue right away. 🫡 I’m sorry this happened to some but we have to take in consideration that some buyers are trying to be shady claiming something they can’t even prove.
