Literally only reason to spend money on 5070ti is if you play games that you want dlss and ray tracing for if not 9070 XT is better raw performance and like 500-700 less if you get a 9070 build

Always get the best card you can afford. That said for $50 cheaper than a 5070 you can grab a 9070xt which beats 5070 but falls short from the 5070ti by a single percentage.

RTX 5070 is only 8 GB on laptops and TI is 12 GB. 😑 To make things worst, a lot of time it's a marketing gimmick - being paired with lower quality hardware. So it stands out for being a RTX 5070 - and people think it's a lot better and worth the extra price - only to get beaten by a cheap laptop with RTX 5060 - which is paired with a better CPU "one that's properly cooled - so it can actually reach 100% without thermal throttling, a better SSD too". The current Laptops market is filled with scam like products... 😤

I owned 4070 before. I literally can't use RT at 1440p on it. Deadass. Just ultra with dlss quality. I wanted RT so I sold 4070 and bought 5080. BEST DECISION EVER. People said Im FOMO but now it is so expensive card than i previously bought. I can play ANY games at 1440p with full RT and Ultra settings

depends on the brand of the gpu. for example, if its a gigabyte 5070ti vs PNY 5070, definitely picking the pny 5070
