@agatemagnet: 2 of my favorite finds here at the river!! Insanely banded Carnelian!! The colors too, oh my gosh! That first one is such a perfect WA state carnelian, like a majority of carnelian found in creeks and rivers look like that, but that 2nd one, oh my gosh!! The colors are absolutely wild! once you get it, you will never I see it. a piece of chalcedony can only have so many perfect natural fractures. once you have 2 or 3 or more large lengthened fractures, it's obvious it is not natural. man made fractures.
