If I can find real milk, I buy it, vitamins are destroyed in milk that is pasteurised and UHT treated. There is little value nutritionally.

Raw milk is not deadly i my whole family grew up on it I never drank pasteurised until I was twenty three and we where never I’ll just the odd cold.

Well, let's get to the bread. Explain to me why you need more than four ingredients, well I know it's to make the bread softer increase the shelflife all of that maybe that's nice but it's not needed.
