Dottie is bearing weight on her paw again (when she isn't thinking about it...you know, if the concentration is firmly fixed on the greedy squirrel or Dottie is trying to work out how to surreptitiously eat the entire Damson and Blackberry Upside down Cake...the paw is firmly grounded, but if perhaps someone is looking at her with sympathetic eyes then the paw is raised with saddened eyes in a painful tribute to her bravery...).
