People in the US want it both ways. They want walmart prices but want to be paid 6 figures. They want cheap Chinese cars made by people working 6 days a week 12 hours a day for $300 a month, but also want $30/hr to work fast food.

You know, the way we argue about low wages, physical labour, the job market, and all these other issues; all of them ultimately come down to CEOs and shareholders capturing an outsized share of the wealth instead of paying workers enough. Yes, CEOs may be highly skilled at leading companies, but that doesn’t mean they should own everything or pay peanuts to the people actually doing the work and keeping those companies running.

they are both correct though also people do want these factory jobs back in the USA the only reason they were sent overseas was because CEOs didn't want to pay a living wage to the people People were going to strike back in the day to get the living wage at the time
