POLLO A LA BRASA NACHOS WITH AJI VERDE 🍗🌿🧀 If you love nachos and pollo a la brasa with aji verde, then you're about to be OBSESSED with these! @adozencousins is a Black-founded brand making authentic, nutritious, and perfectly convenient meals rooted in Creole, Caribbean, and Latin American cuisines. Their products are made with real ingredients and no added sugar, which I absolutely love. I used their Peruvian Pollo a la Brasa Quick Marinade for the chicken and it's a coat and cook marinade, meaning no overnight marinating! You just coat the chicken, sear it, and it's ready to go! 🔥 I also used their Cuban Black Beans pouch here, which adds so much flavor and extra protein, making these nachos really filling! Then everything gets layered onto thick tortilla chips with a homemade cheese sauce and a creamy aji verde drizzled all over the top.  Just be warned, these are highly addictive so you might just eat the whole tray in one sitting 🤭 Pick up A Dozen Cousins at your local grocery store or online at adozencousins.com and use code HHM10 for 10% off!
