Hey girlies I’m finally back!!! & omg I miss y’all so much. So this is my new creative space that includes my meal prepping station. This is where I’ll be juicing, making smoothies, packing my lunches + more!!! I hope you all love it because I’ve already started creating new content to share with you all. Since I moved to Atlanta for Mommy duties, it has been a journey. I stopped creating for months to focus on my Princess and every time I thought I was ready to start back, life happened. Being a mom is the best yet hardest thing ever. I always say this is harder than it was getting my MBA and now I’m like I might as well get my doctorate because if I can be an autism mom & fight for my daughter everyday I just know getting another degree will be a walk in the park lol. On another note CHOA feeding program was not for my daughter. Gosh I wanted it to be so bad but whew that’s another story for another day I promise to share especially for my autism moms. Follow my daughter TikTok @Ava Autism Journey because I’ll be sharing it on there soon(link in bio). But on here I’ll be sharing similar nutrition & weightloss content like I did before but including more of my lifestyle slowly but surely. Especially since I’m no longer only working out at home or in my neighborhood but also in the gym as well! So stay tuned, I will not disappoint. & Thank you to everyone that has messaged me with love & support and just continued to followed me (or followed me from Lemon8) even though I haven’t posted on here or Instagram in months. I’m back now and one thing I’ve learned from this journey is for me to be super mom I have to still do things that fulfil me so I don’t pour from an empty cup.
