One time I was at work on overtime and we had a camera to watch the kids and I overhead my man on the phone complaining to his mama that he doesn’t understand why I work so much overtime 😅😭😭😭😭😭. I never told him I heard it I just cut back to 3 days a week and I havent worked overtime since . That was 2019.

It’s worth it to me, currently working in subacute rehab SNF, sometimes I’ll supervise or work the kart idc, checks are high. Your team matters. If you work with bums then you’ll burn out much quicker.

It's not worth it if you are wasting it on expensive clothing. But if you are investing it properly, so you can retire early or work part-time then it's worth it. in the next 3 or 5 years, I should be able to work part-time and still be financially stable

Uh since day 1. There is more to life than work. Your life should not just revolve around work. Never prioritize work over spending time with family/friends and enjoying life. You out of anyone know best that life is very short. Dont waste it working constant overtime

when both my parents 💀. life is short. I now work Baylor shift ... 2 and done and my job don't even call me anymore to see if I'll come in when short...they already know my answer is no.

When I had my baby in February! I’m part time now.. 2 days a week. I’m happier..My husband love it..I’m home more now. And my checks honestly are not that much of a difference..

I work at nights now. And do 8 12’s When I graduate I plan to still work night with ot too so I don’t miss out on anything. My kids are 11 and 14 I’m not married tho

The most im working is 4x12’s a week. I actually enjoy my life, so I want to enjoy my time off from work as much as possible.

Never did much OT on my 16 years of nursing, it was usually the worst shifts and frankly, I was just tired. But it also didn’t make sense being away from my kids so I just live under my means.
