The thing I don’t understand.. just an example, grandparent dies after working all his life gets paid his wages that he’s already paid tax on, he dies his wife gets his savings.. it gets taxed again before she gets it, she dies leaves it to their children and it gets taxed again. Why does inheritance get taxed when it has already been taxed? I just can’t wrap my head around it
