They’re wide, chewy, hand pulled noodles originally from Shaanxi, China, and definitely something to try if you’ve never had them before. But Changan Kitchen has a lot more than just noodles. There are plenty of Chinese dishes to order for the table, so this is a good spot to come with a group and try a little bit of everything. The Mapo Tofu and Biang Biang were my favorites.
