Our very first-ever #Tesla press loan is appropriately the most polarizing vehicle of the decade, the 2026 #TeslaCybertruck! Crazy to think it’s been nearly 3 years since the first deliveries started and about 7 years since we first saw the unveiling of the #Cybertruck, but it still gets attention everywhere we took it. This model is the new base version, a Dual Motor non-premium which means its dual electric motors pump out 600 HP and 525 lb-ft of torque. A standard 123 kWh battery pack allows for up to 325 miles of range and Tesla says you can add about 132 miles of range in just 15 mins on a Tesla Supercharger. In Sport mode, we put our foot down and clocked a speedy 0-60 MPH time in just 3.6 secs, quicker than Tesla’s claim of 4.1. We imagine the Tri-Motor CyberBeast will likely be in the low 2-sec range. This model forgoes the air suspension, but you still get coil spring adaptive dampers and around 9.6” of ground clearance. The 18” Molton wheels look more like steelies, and the stainless steel exoskeleton body still has lots of sharp edges and requires special care to keep it from getting contaminated leading to etching and rust like spots.
