This is completely Shit. If one bank’s IP isn’t working, you’re going to stop the entire app? Haha, seriously? How can you say that if one bank isn’t working, the whole app has to stop? That’s not how a properly scalable system should be designed. Developers are paid to build systems that can handle failures and dependencies properly. Saying “the other bank isn’t working, so the whole app will stop” is just a poor excuse.
