OMG!! I need to try these. I am a special educator and I keep sour candy on me for when my nervous system is overloaded but not too bad to take my rescue medication!

So thrilled for this! As a therapist who specializes in ADHD, we know that most of the time is spent in “unaware dysregulation” - either physically, cognitively, and / or emotionally. This candy sounds like an amazing tool to help create a pause, awareness, and reset. Plus, we know that ADHD rarely travels alone, this may help with the accompanying anxiety.
