The one criticizing is an engineer or working in the same field, so nothing else u should expect from him or her, bt as long as Ratios are correct, then it's okay, not all septic tanks have beams en columns, it depends on ground en it's bearing capacity period

I'd say know if it was a water tank. A septic just filters hence no requirement for beams. Besides water proofing is yet to be done during plastering and top slabbing. No need to judge the process coz it's never eye pleasing until the whole product is finished.
