Replying to @kathyholdiman I will never stop talking about this and sharing all of my recipes because of how much my life has changed from it. It’s truly so amazing and everyone is capable of it !!! I listed a couple key points from the video down below:) ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ Clean ingredients: - I only buy products that contain ingredients where you can eat each individual one by themselves, so they just be made from all Whole Foods - No emulsifiers, preservatives, chemicals, just anything you can’t pronounce or anything that isn’t food I don’t buy - Organic produce to reduce the amount of pesticides I’m consuming - Dairy products I mostly get grassfed or pasture raised (milk, cheese, cottage cheese, butter, etc.) Meats: - grassfed red meats - Organic chicken (not always) - Pasture raised eggs Gluten: - I always prefer sourdough bc of the gut health benefits - Only buy bread products made with 4 ingredients max (flour, water, salt, starter) - Flour: einkorn is my favorite bc of its nutrient profile and I always get non bleached organic in any flour I buy Sugar: - no refined sugar bc of the blood sugar spike - I only eat natural sugars like raw honey maple syrup and sometimes monk fruit and stevia. These are absorbed much slower so you don’t get that big of a spike. Seed oils: - no vegetable oils or canola oils - I use Avocado oil for high heat cooking and olive oil for no heat or low heat cooking - Grassfed butter, ghee, and beef tallow are amazing products too!!! Food sensitivities: - whenever you feel weird gut or body symptoms, write down those symptoms and then also write down what you’ve eaten in the day so far - Eventually you can correlate which foods are always on the list and start removing one thing one at a time for ab a week to see when the symptoms go down or stop #cleaningredients #wholefoodsdiet #holisticlifestyle #healthyliving #fyp #lifestylechange #healthybreakfast #antiinflammatory #antiinflammatorylifestyle #wholefoods #holistic
