Anyone who hasn’t lost their dad, their life protector, their comfort blanket they just can’t truly understand the devastating effect this has on you, not just at the time but every single day after. I lost my dad over 10 yrs ago and it still hurts like hell, my life just isn’t the same anymore, I’m not the same person anymore. Our dads are the very first men to love us, if we are lucky we grow up with that love, a love that just gets stronger and stronger, everything in life is ok because our dads are here, then all of a sudden their not and nothing is ok anymore. Nothing can prepare you for that impact as he’s never not been there before. Love and miss you so much dad 💔
