Absolutely, none of this would have happened is that even hadn’t happened, it’s just as valid as the psychological impact of the psychosis and severe cPTSD. Also, following from your last video, this isn’t ’just a form’, I hope somewhere deep down you’re able to recognise that and know that it’s totally understandable just how difficult this is to deal with and if you need to sit down with someone you feel safe with in order to complete it then that’s totally reasonable and ok, in fact it’s probably a good idea to ask your Mum or someone else who knows you well to read through it before you return it as there are likely things you either don’t remember or have subconsciously downplayed 💕💕💕

Hugs and hugs. I think you should, it's not pathetic or embarrassing, it's a physical manifestation of a psychological injury and worst that will happen is that it doesn't fit the question criteria and is discounted but we shouldn't question being "palatable" with the type of harm that we have been caused x x x

first off all: yes, ofc you can count it! you did it beCAUSE of the mental injury, so it was CAUSED by a mental health problem. second of all: your arm isnt ugly or disgusting, it couldnt be. its a part of a human, you, and we are all of us beautiful. and that includes you love!
