As someone who is almost out of an age regression mindset(idk how to describe it) acting like a child(dressing, doing things kids do, etc) and age regression is completely different, personally it felt like I couldn’t comprehend anything and was slower in thinking and it felt horrible because I couldn’t do anything about it, because unfortunately I got all the way to 5 yrs so I was throwing full blown toddler tantrums and crying and couldn’t understand why I was behaving like that, it felt embarrassing and humiliating. It is a coping mechanism but it’s not one that’s done on purpose and more of something involuntary, yes I did enjoy dressing up colorfully and very childish things with my hair but I got hit with it tween age so I already liked it, Also this isn’t hate towards her, I enjoy her music and grew up on it
