După ce oprim focul, putem adăuga, opțional, ulei de cocos. Pentru asamblare, punem într-o tavă jumătate din compoziția de pesmet, apoi adăugăm jumătate din compoziția de griș. Așezăm deasupra prunele feliate, continuăm cu restul de griș, iar la final adăugăm restul de pesmet. Introducem tava în cuptorul preîncălzit la 180°C și coacem timp de aproximativ 35–40 de minute, până când stratul de pesmet este ușor rumenit.
