I have all of these same symptoms but my functional doc also prescribed me DHEA in addition to the testosterone which has now put me in “testosterone dominance.” I had my blood work redone after 4 months which confirmed it. My doc has switched me over to Bi-Est with a progesterone supplement and a GLP. I also gained 10lbs in 4 months.

I’m on HRT pellets and my testosterone got too high at one point and I wanted to square up with everyone!! My levels are good now, I let my gyno know that I didn’t like that feeling and we did some adjustments. I wouldn’t trade my pellets for anything.

Sounds like your dosage is too high. Are you strength training also? If so, that’s naturally building your T level.

I have tried the bio identical cream, a gel (the worst version) bio identical pellet and injectable. The injections are the way to go but in the beginning my face did break out and it never does that. The pellet was great except I’d have small scars all over and it has extreme peaks then lows. Not an even dose.

Didn't know about the short fuze! I'm on testosterone for around 10 month. The short fuze got me with the progesterone but with the sintétic one because i have heavy periodos
