@theoregonian: The Venezuelan national who was shot by a U.S. Border Patrol agent during a confrontation outside a Southeast Portland medical building in January was sentenced Wednesday to time served – eight and a half months in custody – for ramming his pickup truck into an unoccupied car rented by federal agents.
