Honestly the reason he’s likely representing himself I think is because all of his lawyers he hired have told him essentially the same thing - you’re f’ed pretty much and he didn’t like it. There really is no reasonable doubt.

The person on trials DNA was only in the 2% likelihood percentile. It was initially rolled as inconclusive, but they changed the verbiage that right there is pretty doubtful.

A few things I’ve noticed is the truck in the video was a tundra but not a trd pro, his dna was not in the bathroom except for the door, and it is weird that the paper towel which is the only thing with his dna on it even though being technical it was said to be too small of a likelihood to be his dna happened to move during the crime scene photos, the phone pings at the dumpster don’t make sense either he was able to stop at the dumpster for 1-3 minutes and somehow made it two miles down the road two minute after the gps pinged the dumpster

The entire case is filled with reasonable doubt. Are we watching the same case? The goal is “beyond reasonable doubt”, and none of the evidence supports that yet.

this. everyone keeps saying his crosses are brilliant, and hes proving reasonable doubt. He may get lucky on a few, because even a broken clock is right twice, but it doesn't touch the weight of the evidence against him.

Do you anticipate him testifying and how will that work? 🧐 I think it’s incredibly bizzaro that he asked the trier of fact to have the microphone removed so he could ‘confer with himself,’ when he’s supposed to be persuading him. 🧐 I have so many questions bc he’s obviously very smart bc not many non-lawyers (or lawyers) could try a DP case as well as he has w/CX these witnesses as well as he has but layer in that he’s also representing himself and 🤯 he’s obviously entitled to an appeal either way. I have a lot of questions 😂
