They didn’t lock it when lifting to the top she let go a little too early but… embarrassing but it happens and when loading to the cart one side wasn’t locked in

It’s a manual cot because that’s what loads on golf carts. Operating a stretcher on a ball field is not a cake walk. Give them a break.
