We are happy to report that YES, we do offer many gluten-free alternatives such as wine, hard seltzer, dry cider, hard smoothies, and hard slushies. Some of these offerings rotate throughout the year as we brew with the seasons, so here’s a look at what you can find in taprooms right now: 🍷 Wine: Crafted in partnership with @tablascreek (the first Regenerative Organic Certified™ vineyard in the U.S.), our wines bring the same care, sustainability, and intention to your glass as our craft beers. We currently offer three wines by the glass and in bottles to go: Red Cuvée, White Cuvée, and Dry Rosé Cuvée. 🍑 Hard Seltzer: Our refreshing hard seltzers are available year-round, on tap and in cans to go. Right now, you can enjoy Peachy Conditions, a 5% ABV hard seltzer loaded with organic Washington peaches. Light-bodied and spritzy, it brings vibrant notes of peach rings, apricot, pear, and lemon. 🍎 Dry Cider: We offer limited-release dry ciders on tap throughout the year. Our latest, Heirloom Pomme, is a single-varietal cider made from Black Twig apples harvested in Watsonville, California. Expect aromas of apple skin, bright citrus, and subtle honey, followed by crisp apple, lemon zest, herbal tea, and woody notes. Light-bodied, pleasantly tannic, and tart, it finishes clean and dry. 🥭 Hard Smoothies: Our Hard Smoothies are available year-round, on tap and in cans to go. Our latest, Vacation Station, is made with mango and banana and is pouring now at all Pure Project taprooms. With 1,455 pounds of organic mango and 2,425 pounds of organic banana from Ecuador, this luscious, fruit-filled treat is packed with tropical flavor and a thick, smooth body. Basically, a beach vacation in a glass. 🍹 Hard Slushies: Our rotating hard slushies are available Thursdays-Sundays during the warmer months at our Carlsbad, Vista, Balboa Park, and North Park taprooms.
