@my.stinson: sick 🤝🏼 homemade pho I went to visit my sister in Houston to meet my new baby nephew and visit my niece, but came back sick 😣 worth the drive though? Absolutely 🥹 I had just drove 4 hrs back to Dallas and went straight to the grocery store to make some pho ga. we made pho Bo at her house butttt your girl need something a bit more lean lol. I couldn’t find the right viet brand of vermicelli noodles (yes it’s that serious) at the store and I couldn’t find some shirataki noodles near me either since I’m not working out in the meantime 🫩 soo @enjoybrami protein noodles it is. despite my health & being sick, I hope we don’t forget that just cause we get sick, it doesn’t mean God has failed to keep us healthy. Some things go by prayer and fasting, but some things are also just the natural consequences of a fallen world we live in. Unfortunate things will happen to us in this world but Jesus promises to be with us :) One time, I declared for whatever is impure from inside of me to come out immediately and I had to pull over within 5 seconds to throw up on the side of the freeway 😂 but not everything will be like that. Just grateful I’m still here, and praying for a speedy recovery nonetheless! anyways. my head is pounding! As I type this.
