Within those 40 minutes, I would have packed my things and left him there. I learned the hard way when they’re always on their phone, it’s not good, they have someone else. Something similar happened to me and fb snitched him out because I got notified on my notifications on what he was commenting on some girl’s profile picture. Same bs line he used on me. You’re better off without him 💕

that’s exactly the cycle of being with a narcissist when they play triangulation to make you jealous of the other person so you try harder and hotter and hotter until it breaks you. You lose your sense of self and then you realize that there is no celebratory occasions there’s no birthday there’s no Christmas there’s no valentines there’s no anniversary because every single location to find a way to mess it up for you.
