Hell yeah, coagulation from extrinsic pathway so monitor the patients PT/INR and their Factor Xa. Fun fact, Lab Techs love the turnaround time for results for this more so then the aPTT btw cause of a fastwr clot curves for PT/INR (shorter pathway) vs aPTT (longer pathway which you can remember it as walmarts low price instead of $12 you can pay $11.98 if you buy ten. 12 to 11 to 9 to 8 to 10)

2 drugs that have stuck with me over the years n pharmacy are Premarin and Byetta.... Premarin=pregnant horse pee Byetta= made from lizard spit I mean who grabs some spit from a lizard and think we are gonna make a shot with this 💁♀️
