So many fun times here - showers, engagement parties, nights out with friends during and post college, the live bands...It was a good Era for Pasadena with Twin Palms and DeLacey Club 41 right next door to each other 🥹

😢 loved that place. Kevin Costner’s Ex- Wife ruined it for all of us.

Pitch for this space: small shipping container-style food stalls with a communal seating area. Owner of the overall space would get a liquor license for beer and wine only. This would give new chefs with small businesses a place of their own without huge cost and it would be a great vibe for a corner that's been floundering for quite some time.

Cindy - Kevin’s ex wife- sold it to the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians years ago and they let it go. Literally. I know because I worked there for many years before it closed. :(

I had gone there with wife to dance when Big Bad Voodoo Daddy was playing. I had been drinking...a lot. we sat down to rest and I asked my wife, why do they call it twin palms. We were sitting under 2 palm trees.

I was there every single week. We had a blast. The best bands, dancing food, and of course, the alcohol. Tommy & Larry were my favorite bartenders.
