I’m Rachel, an H-E-B ambassador and I put a Texas twist on one of my favorite game-day recipes: Fully-Loaded Tailgate Tots! 🤠🏈 INGREDIENTS • 32 oz Hill Country Fare Frozen Potato Puffs • 2 lbs H-E-B Fully Cooked Chopped Beef Brisket • 2 cups H-E-B Texas Style BBQ Sauce • 1 tub H-E-B Queso Blanco Dip • 2 Serrano or jalapeño peppers • 1½ cups green onion • 1½ cups pickled red onions • 2 limes • ¾ cup cotija cheese • 1 cup Mi Tienda Mexican Crema HOW TO MAKE IT 1️⃣ Bake or air fry tots until extra crispy. 2️⃣ Warm brisket with BBQ sauce, then pour over the tots. 3️⃣ Warm queso and pour over the top. 4️⃣ Bake for another 10 minutes. 5️⃣ Top with chopped peppers and green onion. 6️⃣ Finish with pickled red onion, Mexican crema, lime juice + cotija cheese.
