The female judge literally handed this man his proper argument but he's fumbling it. It's not his job to tell them this man's side of the story any more, it's his job to explain why the officers didn't have probable cause. He should be hard focusing on how he was actively complying at the time of the beat down and how he showed in multiple ways how he was not a threat to the officers yet they still did that all to him. Bad lawyer
