🥔Potato boats with ham and meatballs, recipe👇 This is a fun and delicious dish that kids and adults will love. Potato halves, decorated with ham and garlic, look like little boats that float on the plate! ⛵️ Meatballs made from minced meat with pesto and rosemary add flavor and satiety. This recipe is suitable for lunch or dinner, and it can be prepared in 40 minutes! 📖 Ingredients: - 8 medium potatoes, washed and dried - 8 slices of ham - 8 cloves of garlic, peeled - 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil - Salt to taste - 1 egg - 250 g of beef mince - 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce - Black pepper to taste - 4 tablespoons of flour - 2 tablespoons of butter - 2 sprigs of rosemary, leaves separated from stems 🧑‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the ham into strips 1 cm wide. Cut the potatoes in half and stick a skewer into each one. Put a strip of ham and a clove of garlic on the skewers to make boats. Brush the potatoes with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place the boats on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. 2. In a bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Add the mince, pesto, salt and pepper and mix well. Gradually add the flour, kneading the dough. Form round meatballs with a diameter of 3 cm from the dough. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs with rosemary, turning, for 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden and cooked inside. 3. Remove the boats from the oven and carefully remove them from the skewers. Place on a large plate along with the meatballs. Serve hot or warm. Enjoy your meal!👅💦 #meatballs #potatoes #potato #foodporn #Foodie #food #Recipe #easyrecipeideas #recipeoftheday #foodart #healthyfood #foodblogger #cookingtime #easymeals #FoodLover #foodstagram #cooking #recipeideas
