Omg my daughter had the worst lips at that age. I tried giving her a chap stick but she’d lose it. And by the time she’d get home and I’d lather her lips back up again it was too late.

last year I decided my then 4.5 year old was ready to learn about chapstick and Vaseline. so now they have chapstick in their backpack and we apply Vaseline every. single. morning. I LOVE that you do this for them. the red rings drive me nuts for kids. poor things

Just be careful with allergies….didn’t know I was allergic to it until my first tattoo at 36! Thank you for taking care of these babies though!!

I have lotion too. Some older girls in my school, with very dry winter skin, heard about my lotion and came every day to get some. We are allowed to give them Vaseline, but I buy the good skin stuff.

I’m a teacher and I was never more touched than when my baby was in 3rd grade post pandemic and hand sanitizer insanely irritated her hands. She told me her teacher bought her a sanitizing hand cream to keep in her desk instead 🩷

Why do littles do that with their lips ? My precious 4 year old Granddaughter always has red chapped around her mouth (looks like a clown lol). I think she licks it or something.
